Damn President Interfering
Why can't Bush just leave Iraq the heck alone?
Every time it looks like Wolfram and Hart can go making some nice deals in uranium and bubonic plague they go and pull a hissy fit and send the inspectors in. Of course the office did just get reduced to a walking undead paradise, but it's the principle of the thing. Makes stuff inconvenient mostly.
